At Glowvia Art, you may cancel your order if and not framed (applicable if the framing was chosen). You need to email us at sales@glowvia.com or call us on 9899688447 for cancellations request.
- No money will be refunded if you had placed a COD order that has not been paid for
- The full amount will be refunded to the same Debit or Credit card/Net banking account in case of prepaid order.
- We are extremely sorry that we can’t process cancellation demand for paintings that are framed and request for cancellation raised later.
- A cancellation request is not accepted if framed after 24 hours.
- DOES NOT offer refunds on any regular or custom wallpapers shipped to its customers
What is your Return policy
We are dedicated to providing top-quality products, ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way. Should you find any dissatisfaction with our art products, you have the option to return them within 7 days of receipt for either a free replacement or a full refund of the product's price. But in case of your own photo framed products since it is the customized product as per your requirement the same shall not be eligible for any return or replacement. correct it for website
What if I want to return an order?
For returns of our art products, kindly submit a return request along with a brief explanation of the reason by contacting us at +91-9899688447 or via email at sales@glowvia.com. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange for a pickup from the shipping address provided. Please ensure the returned package includes the original packaging, invoice, price tags, labels, freebies, and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned product, provided they are in acceptable condition and the return request is authorized. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the order. For Cash payments, a cheque will be sent to the billing address of the customer.
What if I receive damaged product?
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a hassle-free Photo Return option to expedite the replacement process. Here's how it works:
- Take a digital photo of the damaged product and, if applicable, the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@mahattaart.com. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
- You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
- If your photo return is approved, you do not need to mail back your order. We will proceed with the refund or replacement based on your provided photos.
Please note:
If the damage or quality issue is not evident in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
Return policy
- 1. If the product of your choice is already delivered and customized according to your requirements like the size or color, then In this scenario your product is not eligible for return policy.
- 2. If your painting is already framed according to your requirement then your painting is not eligible for return policy.
Glowvia Art makes great efforts to print and customize the wallpapers as per the specific requirements. Although there are certain circumstances that may lead you to return the product.
You may return the product in case of incorrect specification in terms of design or size provided by you, or in case of tampered or damaged order packaging at the time of receipt.
In case of an incorrect order, you need to inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email within 24 hours of order receipt. Email us a photo-proof of your order. You also need to send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.
In case of tampered packaging or if the package is open, or damaged then you are strongly requested not to accept the order. You should ask the courier to take back the order and inform us immediately about the damaged or tampered packaging by sending us an email so that corrective action can be taken at the earliest.
Remember, if you want to return your incorrect or damaged product, you will need to bear the applicable handling and shipping costs involved in the whole process. For any other query regarding our return policy, you can call us or send an email.
